✳️ Overview: 
As a UX/UI designer collaborating with a leading insurance company, I was tasked with designing a web application module to manage claim documents, supporting the work of sales representatives in the field. This project aimed to streamline the process of handling claim-related documentation, enabling sales representatives to access, manage, and submit necessary documents more efficiently.

✳️ Goals: 
The primary goal of the project was to design a web application module that would facilitate the management of claim documents for sales representatives, ultimately improving their productivity and effectiveness in servicing clients. Key objectives included enhancing document organization, simplifying document retrieval and submission processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 

✳️ Outcome:
The outcome of the project was a user-friendly and intuitive web application module that effectively streamlined the management of claim documents for sales representatives within the insurance company. The module featured a centralized repository for storing and accessing claim documents, advanced search and filtering capabilities, and streamlined document submission workflows. Feedback from sales representatives has been positive, with many noting significant improvements in their ability to efficiently handle claim-related documentation, ultimately enhancing their effectiveness in serving clients and driving sales.
